Click on the To: box and it will bring up all your contacts. Highlight them all by right clicking on the first contact and while holding in the right button, drag your mouse down through all your contacts (it should highlight all in blue)....once you have added....compose your email telling everyone your email address has changed. You can ask for a receipt notification (so you will know who has read it).
I've done it and it's not that bad!! But good luck, hope this helps.
