Had to reload windows xp and now can't get yahoo browser and email to load so can set start button email so it will bring up yahoo mail log in page.

If it is Yahoo mail or even Yahoo chat, there are major problems in the Yahoo world. It has been going on for days. You can access your Yahoo mail in a bare bones fashion by going here: http://us.m.yahoo.com/p/mail
Do no attempt to use a url for opting out of Yahoo mail and returning to classic as it shall place you in a continual loop; it is no working either.
