I am trying to find out how to report an abuser who is sending email from a yahoo account to a non-yahoo account and it appears you can only report abusers if the email comes to a yahoo account and you hit the report abuse flag. Is there another way (email, web addy anything?)

You can use the Yahoo! Mail Abuse Feedback Form online:

You do not have to be a Yahoo! member to use the form.
