Who do i complain to about not being able to access my email on yahoo website?

Who do i complain to about not being able to access my email on yahoo website?
You may have your privacy settings too high. Goto TOOLS - INTERNET OPTIONS - PRIVACY tab. Make sure your cookie settings are set to Medium. Also, within your Internet Options, go to the SECURITY tab and make sure your Internet zone has a medium/medium high security setting.
