they r not on answers its an old friend who seriously betrayed me %26amp; has just emailed after 8 months with more abuse. I clicked options but it does not have a blocking option. what can i do now?

Go on their profile and click the block button.
Reply:they will not know they have been blocked, but just class an e mail from them as SPAM, and any further will automatically go into you spam box
Reply:Put a filter on his e-mail account that redirects it straight into the trash bin.
Reply:put that mail ID in Spam
