How can I get emails and images with japanese language to my yahoo email address?

You need a Japanese language computer or you can select to read other language fonts by the tool bar at the top of the windows drop-down menu. If you do that way, the "moji baka" will turn from hieroglyphics to Japanese, like "magic".
