How does someone send me an email with my Yahoo address?

I got an email and the sender is using my yahoo email address. So basically it was sent and received from the same address is what it looks like.

The subject is "Online Shopping"

I have not opened it.

Should I open it?

There is no way it was from me. And no one comes close to my computer.

I changed the password to my account.

How does someone send me an email with my Yahoo address?
If you open it, you have the option of looking at full headers. That should show you where it really came from.
Reply:That's just junk mail...ignore it. That happens to me to. I dont know how they do it but somehow they're able to and it's all just to get your attention.
Reply:It is known as spoofing.

Usually spammers will apply this techniques to make you open their spam mails.

Avoid opening spam mails.
Reply:It's absolutely a damn spam or junk mail in your inbox, so freakin delete it
Reply:Go to your yahoo mail and click on sent and it should show your sent messages even the ones you send to your self then that should show if it came from your email and you should open it just to see what is says
