I tried to put my husband into a separate Yahoo email. Why cant he read his emails?

The page comes up once he signs in, but from there he can neither get into his emails, OR anything else on the beta page. In fact it jams up and I have to shut the computer down. We have a brand new computer with tons of memory so it isn't that. How do I switch him over to the regular Yahoo email???
