I have changed my ISP from 1tel to BT internet.com my new account is BTyahoo %26amp; It will not allow me access to my old yahoo account.
How can I get my old yahoo account when I have changed my ISP %26amp; have a different yahoo email address?
there should be a Sign-out option for Btinternet account then goto yahoo home page and type in yahoo information and log-on
