My friend has a yahoo account also. I can send him messages through chat but he can not send anything back. Do you know what could be wrong and how to fix it? We use to be able to send each other messages. One day it just stopped.

Reply:Has either one of you updated his/her messenger lately and the other one didn't? If so, that may be the cause of your problem, since some messenger versions are not compatible...
