Without specifications in which country you are, I can only give you general advice.
There are in general several possibilities to send pictures to email accounts. You can use the integrated mail client found in many phones. Or you can use MMS to send to an email address or you can use your Vodafone Mail option.
Some of these options are charged an access fee (you pay as you go) and for others you need some kind of subscription.
